Developer Evangelist – Community, CIS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Build and sustain a robust presence within leading game developer communities

• Represent Xsolla at industry conferences, meetups, and developer events

• Organize and engage in developer meetups, hackathons, and regional gatherings

• Create high-quality technical and inspirational content, such as: Articles, blog posts, and tutorials; Videos, webcasts, and looms; Social media stories, posts, and updates for developers

• Ensure all content is current and aligned with the latest product launches and best practices

• Collaborate with Developer Marketing to enhance content reach and engagement

• Serve as a reliable liaison between developers and Xsolla’s Product/Technical teams

• Collect, organize, and disseminate feedback from the community to enhance product features and documentation

• Identify opportunities for lighthouse integration cases and collaborate with internal teams to implement them

• Monitor and report on: Reach and engagement of created content; Community participation and growth; Developer satisfaction with materials and events

• Leverage insights to refine outreach strategies and maximize impact

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Developer Advocacy, Community Management, or similar roles, preferably within the gaming industry

• Technical background and experience in software development

• Strong understanding of game development processes and tools (mobile, PC, and/or web)

• Demonstrated ability to create engaging technical content across various formats

• Strong presence in online developer communities and confidence in public speaking

• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in both Russian and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities

• Willingness to travel for partner visits, conferences, and training events, primarily within the CIS region
