This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create technological solutions that enhance the speed and quality of services within the healthcare industry.

• Analyze and interpret user stories for development, converting requirements into technically viable solutions.

• Write well-organized, clean, comprehensible, and testable code adhering to software development best practices.

• Conduct both manual and automated unit, integration, and acceptance testing of features, ensuring system quality, stability, and compliance with defined requirements.

• Maintain Inovadora's products by diagnosing and fixing technical issues, bugs, and software faults.

• Develop and keep technical documentation current for tasks completed, promoting system usability and understanding while reducing team downtime and rework.

• Manage and integrate databases and storage systems, ensuring the integrity and security of data.

• Implement security protocols to minimize vulnerabilities and safeguard data and system functionality.

• Identify software performance bottlenecks and optimize server-side efficiency to guarantee rapid response times and scalability.

• Develop APIs and web services to facilitate communication between various system components and third-party applications.

• Design, create, and maintain the server-side logic that underpins software applications, ensuring they function effectively and can scale.

• Collaborate with your team and other teams at Inovadora, resolving queries, identifying opportunities, and aiding in the development of solutions to real-world challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with PHP, Rails, or Java.

• Proficiency in SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or others.

• Experience in web development.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
