Developer, 2nd Level Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In the role of Development Support, you ensure that technical issues are not only addressed but thoroughly comprehended.

• Collaborating closely with Development and Service teams, you enhance the quality of our solutions.

• Your focus is on comprehensive analyses, dependable fixes, and effective communication.

• You systematically investigate faults and determine root causes within source code and database structures.

• By implementing targeted adjustments, you ensure that recognized issues are appropriately resolved.

• You coordinate the successful deployment of solutions for our clients through remote support.

• By documenting precise entries in the knowledge base, you secure valuable insights for future cases.

• In partnership with Service Consultants, Developers, and System Technicians, you address technical inquiries and liaise with our customers' IT managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business administration or a technical discipline, or equivalent vocational training.

• Experience with relational database systems, object-oriented development, and ERP/merchandise management systems.

• Proficiency in a modern programming language such as C#, Java, or ABL, along with experience in ticketing systems.

• A strong service orientation, analytical mindset, and a structured, team-focused approach to work.

• Excellent German and English language skills for effective communication in an international setting.
