• Support the development and upkeep of brand identities across both digital and print mediums.
• Design contemporary, user-friendly web layouts and landing pages.
• Produce captivating social media graphics and campaigns, as well as motion graphic content such as short-form videos, animations, and GIFs.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Figma AI, ChatGPT) for brainstorming ideas, generating visuals, and streamlining creative workflows.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to maintain design consistency across all client interactions.
• Engage in creative reviews and contribute innovative, experimental ideas.
• 1–2 years of experience in motion design (internship experience is included).
• A robust portfolio showcasing motion design projects.
• Proficiency with motion design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, etc.
• An inquisitive nature and practical experience with AI design tools (e.g., asset generation, visual editing, campaign concept creation).
• A solid understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and typography.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects while paying attention to detail.
