This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement TEECOM’s workflows, tools, and BIM standards with a high degree of autonomy.

• Enhance modeling strategies, bolster discipline execution, and take ownership of coordination and documentation quality across projects.

• Aid in project delivery through expert modeling, drawing creation, leadership in coordination, documentation, and preliminary engineering support.

• Assist in maintaining model integrity, directing coordination workflows, and upholding TEECOM’s BIM and documentation standards.

• Optimize workflows, elevate modeling standards, and assist in GitHub updates informed by project experiences.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a related discipline; or equivalent technical or field experience.

• Over 4 years of experience in the AEC industry with a solid command of Revit, coordinated modeling, and construction documentation across various projects, including exposure to coordination processes or field-related tasks.

• Proven experience in delivering technology system designs (Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, Wi-Fi, and other technology disciplines) and assisting in engineering responsibilities such as calculations, device layouts, and specification development.

• Demonstrated experience in leading BIM coordination initiatives, including clash detection, model assessment, and cross-discipline problem resolution.

• Capacity to maintain model integrity at a senior production level, which includes workset management, applying view templates, resolving warnings, and cleaning up models.

• Ability to manage and sustain coordinated models, generate precise drawings with minimal supervision, and independently address production challenges.

• Strong organizational and communication abilities, with the competence to manage workloads across multiple projects, lead coordination efforts, and support engineers and project leads.

• Robust technical understanding of technology systems and engineering principles; capable of performing calculations, conducting product research, and contributing to design development with limited oversight.

• Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub.

• Preferred industry certifications include but are not limited to: EIT — plus, CDT — plus, CTS (AV) — plus, RCDD (Telecom) — plus, PSP/CPP (Security) — plus, PE — plus.
