This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create innovative visual content across identity systems, digital experiences, campaigns, and content ecosystems.

• Utilize typography, composition, and visual hierarchy with precision, showcasing your expertise in grid systems, spacing, and typographic refinement, while clearly articulating the rationale behind your design choices.

• Transform strategic guidance into engaging visual solutions.

• Ensure all outputs adhere to agency and client standards for quality, consistency, and creativity.

• Assist in the development and enhancement of scalable visual frameworks and campaign toolkits.

• Consistently apply brand systems across various touchpoints while tailoring them to meet channel-specific requirements.

• Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and strategists during the concept development phase and through the execution of tactics.

• Work closely with media, PR, and content teams to ensure creative alignment with integrated activation strategies.

• Present work internally with a clear rationale and an openness to constructive feedback.

• Continuously enhance skills in conceptual design, systems thinking, and emerging technologies.

• Stay updated on design trends, B2B marketing innovations, and AI-enabled creative workflows.

• Proactively seek and implement feedback to elevate both personal contributions and team performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of design experience in an agency setting.

• Proven experience in contributing to brand systems and integrated campaigns.

• A portfolio that showcases strong craftsmanship, conceptual thinking, and multi-channel application.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

• Understanding of how design influences brand, demand generation, and campaign performance.

• Familiarity with AI platforms and evolving digital production workflows.

• Capability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic agency environment.
