• Gain insights into A&F Co. and our diverse portfolio of international brands.

• Discover the different design roles available within the A&F Design Leadership Development Programs, including Apparel Design, Tech Design, Graphic Design, CAD Design, and Creative Marketing.

• Connect with former design interns to gain insights into their summer experiences and the pathway to a career at A&F Co.

• Learn about our corporate social responsibility efforts focused on Inclusion & Belonging, Philanthropy, and Sustainability.

• Collaborate with peers to complete a hands-on case study that illustrates our work.

• Initiate the recruiting process for the 2027 Summer Internship.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a sophomore pursuing a bachelor's degree.

• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is required.

• A strong passion for the A&F brands.

• A genuine curiosity about a career in corporate retail.

• Ability to excel and work collaboratively in team environments.

• Demonstrated leadership experience.

• Capacity to adapt and thrive in fast-paced settings.

• A strong desire to expand knowledge and skills.

• Portfolio/website, resume, and unofficial transcript indicating GPA must be submitted.
