This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Evaluate, analyze, and perform quality checks on creative materials across various channels and formats to ensure they align with brand standards and executional requirements.
• Uphold strong brand governance across all deliverables, guaranteeing consistency in visual identity, tone, formatting, and overall presentation.
• Concentrate on reviewing and refining a diverse array of marketing assets, including: PowerPoint presentations, social media content, paid media creatives, print materials such as datasheets and case studies, and email marketing assets.
• Edit, correct, and enhance creative work as necessary to achieve a polished final product.
• Provide confident feedback on work that falls short of brand, quality, or execution standards.
• Collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders to ensure that deliverables are accurate, consistent, and ready for implementation.
• Identify and suggest opportunities to enhance production workflows, streamline repetitive tasks, and boost efficiency.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of creative quality across all marketing outputs.
• 5–7 years of experience in design production, creative quality assurance, or brand-centric marketing design.
• Extensive experience working within established brand guidelines and ensuring visual consistency across channels.
• Strong portfolio or background showcasing high standards in design execution and asset refinement.
• Experience in reviewing and editing a wide range of marketing materials, including presentations, digital assets, print collateral, and emails.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Ability to offer clear, direct, and constructive feedback in a collaborative setting.
• Comfort in working independently and exercising sound judgment when assessing creative work.
• Excellent communication and partnership abilities, especially with marketing teams and creative contributors.
• Familiarity with production workflows and a keen interest in identifying operational enhancements.
• Experience reviewing work generated through AI-assisted workflows, freelance teams, or template-based production models.
• Understanding of marketing production processes and asset management practices.
• Capacity to balance speed, quality, and brand consistency in a dynamic environment.
