This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Oversee the implementation of a range of venue development projects to ensure alignment with Live Nation's design and business goals.
• Exhibit a passion for and knowledge of architecture and design in high-capacity assembly environments.
• Create concept designs, specifications, and project presentations.
• Facilitate project development and documentation in collaboration with external consultants and internal teams.
• Guide the execution of project design guidelines and standards.
• Establish project scope, timeline, and budget, and review these elements with the business unit to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Track project advancement to ensure conformity with established goals and schedules.
• Evaluate and assess consultants’ construction documents to ensure design and programmatic coherence, identifying potential risks related to constructability or coordination during the preconstruction phase.
• Partner with the Project Manager to oversee construction progress through on-site inspections and evaluations.
• Develop furniture plans, choose furnishings, prepare budgets, and coordinate project orders with the Furniture Coordinator.
• Collaborate with the Art, Branding, and Concept teams on the development and execution of the venue art program.
• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 8+ years of relevant experience directly related to the specified duties and responsibilities.
• Licensure is preferred.
• Experience in management within sports and entertainment venues.
• Preferred experience in bowl layout and sightlines.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects of various sizes, budgets, and timelines.
• Proficient in presenting project designs and business objectives to both small and large audiences, including executive leaders and external partners.
• Experience across all stages of project development, from conceptual design through to construction administration.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and systems.
• Familiarity with project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
• Capability to design and plan significant construction projects.
• Willingness to travel domestically for project sites and meetings.
• 30% travel is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup/Enscape, and Bluebeam.
