This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance Monograph’s Webflow website.
• Create landing pages and various web experiences that focus on conversion.
• Ensure that pages load swiftly, provide an excellent UX/UI, and perform optimally on both mobile and desktop devices.
• Sustain a tidy, scalable Webflow environment, which includes CMS collections, templates, components, forms, and reusable page sections.
• Oversee essential website operations, such as metadata management, redirects, image optimization, internal linking, form configuration, publishing, and quality assurance.
• Utilize performance analytics to refine page layouts, establish visual hierarchy, enhance UX, and optimize conversion pathways.
• Conduct quality assurance on pages prior to launch and independently resolve common Webflow challenges.
• Design campaign assets for Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other paid media channels that are clear, contemporary, and effective in smaller formats.
• Swiftly adapt campaign concepts into various formats, sizes, and variations.
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams to test creative strategies, refresh underperforming ads, and enhance campaign results.
• Develop GIFs, short animations, lightweight motion graphics, and product explainer visuals for web pages and paid media initiatives.
• Transform product workflows, screenshots, and UI concepts into straightforward visual assets that enhance the understanding of Monograph.
• Infuse a modern, sophisticated B2B SaaS design aesthetic into Monograph’s website, campaigns, events, and sales materials.
• Generate web graphics, illustrations, diagrams, presentation materials, event assets, one-pagers, and sales collateral as required.
• Conceptualize annual trade show booth designs and associated event materials, including booth graphics, signage, banners, screens, handouts, and other visual elements.
• Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, printers, or contractors as necessary to ensure accurate and timely production of event and campaign assets.
• Over 6 years of design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, technology, or a rapidly growing startup.
• A robust portfolio showcasing Webflow sites and landing pages you have personally designed and developed.
• Extensive experience with Webflow, including CMS, templates, components, forms, responsive design, and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in creating landing pages, paid social advertisements, and campaign creatives.
• Fundamental understanding of technical SEO principles.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS; familiarity with JavaScript is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail, quality assurance, and execution skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and adapt quickly in a startup setting.
• Strong communication abilities and sound design judgment.
• Experience collaborating with external agencies, freelancers, printers, booth vendors, and other production partners.
