This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop acquisition and marketing interfaces on our Astro-based platform, enjoying the freedom to create faster, more interactive, personalized, and enjoyable experiences, unlike our Webflow-hosted content pages.

• Collaborate with the Design team to convert Figma designs, prototypes, and AI-generated concepts into high-quality motion and interactions, taking ownership of the evolving motion and interaction elements across marketing and product.

• Create data-driven marketing pages that vividly showcase our real campaign and cause data, including cause-specific hubs, campaign narratives, and vertical landing pages, crafted with such attention to detail that they feel custom-made, even when templated.

• Integrate our marketing interfaces with the same analytics and feature-flag framework utilized by our product team; we employ PostHog throughout the stack and LaunchDarkly in our dashboard, with significant opportunities to extend these patterns into our marketing efforts.

• Work alongside our third-party Webflow team on cross-functional initiatives that encompass our entire web presence, including analytics and tracking setup, SEO, and technical decision-making.

• Act as a natural liaison between Growth, Marketing, Design, and the product engineering team, translating the needs and objectives of each group effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional frontend engineering experience in developing production web applications or marketing sites.

• Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Familiarity with advanced frontend animation systems utilizing tools like GSAP, Framer Motion, View Transitions API, Lottie, or scroll-linked animations.

• Experience in implementing analytics, A/B testing, or feature flagging systems (e.g., PostHog, LaunchDarkly, Segment, Amplitude).

• Proven ability to build reusable frontend components and interaction systems with a focus on maintainable architecture.

• Strong grasp of Core Web Vitals, frontend performance optimization, and accessibility standards (WCAG, reduced motion support, semantic structure).

• Experience collaborating in Figma-driven design workflows and translating design specifications into pixel-perfect UI.

• Comfortable with reviewing, debugging, and refining AI-assisted code output prior to production deployment.

• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and collaborative engineering practices using pull requests and code reviews.
