This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Lead the creative vision for client campaigns, ensuring they align with brand standards, best practices for channels, and performance objectives.
• Collaborate with the content team to create innovative concepts, visual themes, and campaign strategies.
• Design and produce digital assets such as paid social advertisements, display ads, landing page visuals, email graphics, infographics, and presentations.
• Establish and maintain Figma files, templates, and scalable design systems to promote consistency and efficiency.
• Work closely with paid media, SEO/content, account, and analytics teams to ensure creative strategies are aligned.
• Oversee multiple creative projects, guaranteeing that deadlines, organization, and quality benchmarks are achieved.
• Confirm that all assets comply with platform specifications, formatting standards, and internal quality assurance processes.
• Stay informed about design trends, platform requirements, and best practices for performance-oriented creative work.
• Assist with web and landing page design requirements, including layouts, wireframes, and UI components (preferred).
• Create or modify motion graphics and short-form video content for digital platforms (preferred).
• 3–6 years of graphic design experience, ideally in an agency or multi-client setting.
• Required proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A robust portfolio demonstrating digital-first design across advertisements, websites, and branding materials.
• Capability to lead creative direction while independently executing deliverables.
• Strong grasp of performance-driven design and its influence on engagement and conversion rates.
• Experience designing for platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and display networks.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Keen attention to detail, including quality assurance processes and file management.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
