• Supervise, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing showroom team, conducting performance audits, addressing escalated claims, and ensuring optimal staffing and smooth operations.
• Manage the daily performance of the showroom by providing exceptional customer service, organizing client-facing events, upholding brand-standard visuals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving pipeline management, and ensuring accurate use of CRM systems and achievement of sales targets.
• Represent the Brizo & Newport Brass brands with professionalism, establish trusted client relationships, deliver personalized service, follow up on leads and samples, and organize showroom events that enhance the client experience.
• Develop and implement the showroom’s business plan, manage budgets, align team objectives with luxury strategy, supervise account and sample processes, contribute to forecasting, and identify opportunities for growth and cross-selling.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales management within a high-end luxury brand environment (showroom, retail, or architectural design firm).
• Demonstrated experience in budget management, curriculum design, and delivering engaging training programs.
• Proven track record of building, coaching, and motivating successful sales teams.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Client-focused mindset with innovative and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is required.
• Established connections within the New York luxury design community.
• Must currently reside in the New York City area and be willing to travel for company events.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
