This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing showroom team by assessing performance, addressing escalated claims, and ensuring optimal staffing and efficient operations.
• Supervise daily showroom activities by providing exceptional customer service, organizing client-focused events, maintaining brand-standard presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring precise CRM usage and achievement of sales targets.
• Represent the Brizo & Newport Brass brands with professionalism, foster trusted relationships with clients, deliver tailored service, follow up on leads and samples, and plan showroom events that enrich the client experience.
• Develop and implement the showroom’s business strategy, manage budgets, align team objectives with luxury brand initiatives, oversee account and sample processes, contribute to forecasting efforts, and identify growth and cross-selling opportunities.
• A minimum of 5 years in sales management within a high-end luxury brand setting (showroom, retail, or architectural design firm).
• Demonstrated experience in budget oversight, curriculum design, and delivering engaging training programs.
• Proven capability to build, coach, and motivate successful sales teams.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Client-focused mindset with innovative and strategic thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is essential.
• Strong connections within the New York luxury design community.
• Must currently reside in the New York City area and be available to travel for company events.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
