Design & CAD Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide captivating, personalized virtual instruction customized to each student's experience level, project objectives, and distinctive learning preferences.

• Develop organized lesson plans that correspond with student aspirations, whether they are a high school student acquiring the fundamentals of 3D modeling, a college learner preparing for industry certifications, or an aspiring engineer/architect perfecting technical drafting skills.

• Modify instruction in real time by utilizing screen-sharing and interactive methods to resolve software issues, enhance design techniques, and clarify geometry or drafting concepts.

• Monitor student project advancement and effectively communicate with families or educational partners regarding portfolio development, software proficiency, and technical milestones achieved.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Experience working with students who have educational needs.

• Capability to design and implement lesson plans that align with student goals and necessary accommodations.

• Proficient virtual instruction skills — familiarity with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and maintaining student engagement online.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Access to a reliable computer, internet, webcam, and a quiet workspace.

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is an advantage.
