Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate on the design and development of B2B software solutions tailored for the enterprise sector.

• Transform requirements into actionable solutions, leveraging Artificial Intelligence as a key resource.

• Analyze challenges, interact with customers and stakeholders, create user experiences, develop prototypes, and lead projects until they are ready to be transferred to engineering for market launch.

• Spot opportunities and convert needs into impactful products.

• Conduct user and stakeholder research.

• Create workflows, user interfaces, and overall product experiences.

• Develop prototypes and proof of concept models.

• Work in conjunction with technology, design, and business teams.

• Prioritize projects and facilitate product development.

• Engage in crafting innovative solutions for integration into Nasajon's product lineup.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Product Owner for B2B software solutions;

• Familiarity with enterprise systems, ERPs, or intricate platforms;

• Practical understanding of applied Artificial Intelligence, including agents and automation flows;

• Capability to design user experiences, screens, and customer journeys;

• Background in user research and gathering requirements;

• Comprehensive perspective that encompasses business, technology, and user experience;

• Basic programming skills to engage with development environments and AI tools;

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities with varied audiences.

• Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in developing functional prototypes;

• Background in innovation settings or product labs;

• Understanding of administrative functions and internal company processes;

• Acquaintance with AI-assisted development tools.
