This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assist the Supervisor in overseeing the global operations of the SMART database.
• Accountable for providing high-quality technical services to designated clients.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) consistently.
• Evaluate the clinical protocol and provide suitable recommendations.
• Convert all documented customer expectations into the Labcorp database.
• Address and manage technical changes, issues, and concerns on a global scale.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity.
• Create solutions, address issues, and authorize internal database loading/design plans globally.
• Employ Microsoft Office applications to craft tailored documents.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• Associate degree (two years) or over a year of relevant experience with Labcorp.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven success in negotiating routine job-related scenarios.
• Competence in utilizing computer applications (e.g., Windows, Word, Excel).
• Strong customer service capabilities with a demonstrated focus on detail.
• Documented history of promoting continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Extensive experience with PCs, showcasing both speed and accuracy.
• Proven ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
• Evidence of contributing to teamwork.
• Strong ability to manage stress effectively.
