This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead technical initiatives for backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot;

• Define and enhance the architecture of microservices and event-driven systems;

• Design data models for both relational and non-relational databases;

• Propose and implement integration patterns utilizing Apache Kafka;

• Ensure adherence to best engineering practices such as clean code, testing, observability, and security;

• Serve as a technical reference in establishing architectural standards and strategic decisions;

• Mentor technical teams and promote best practices;

• Establish cloud standards and CI/CD pipelines;

• Support roadmap decisions, manage technical debts, and drive structural improvements;

• Engage in the development and automation of intelligent agents based on AI;

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development with Java (17+) and Spring Boot;

• Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture;

• Knowledge of messaging systems using Apache Kafka;

• Experience with databases such as Oracle and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis);

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS and/or OCI);

• Proficiency in Git and CI/CD pipelines;

• Experience with software engineering best practices;

• Hands-on experience with AI agent automation;

• Experience in AI-driven development;

• Ability to act as a cross-functional technical reference;
