This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical development of backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot;

• Define and enhance the architecture of microservices and event-driven systems;

• Design data models for both relational and non-relational databases;

• Propose and implement integration patterns using Apache Kafka;

• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices such as clean code, testing, observability, and security;

• Serve as a technical reference in establishing architectural standards and strategic decisions;

• Mentor technical teams and promote best practices;

• Define cloud standards and CI/CD pipelines;

• Support roadmap decisions, manage technical debts, and drive structural improvements;

• Engage in the development and automation of AI-based intelligent agents;

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in backend development with Java (17+) and Spring Boot;

• Experience in microservices and event-driven architecture;

• Knowledge of messaging with Apache Kafka;

• Experience with Oracle and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis);

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or OCI);

• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines;

• Familiarity with software engineering best practices;

• Practical experience in automating AI agents;

• Experience in AI-oriented development;

• Ability to act as a cross-functional technical reference;
