📋 Description

• Execute tasks of medium complexity, focusing on delivering value to the end user and ensuring technical quality for peers.

• Provide direct support to junior colleagues for guidance and problem resolution.

• Implement new features, fix bugs, maintain technical debt, and enhance the performance of the ecosystem.

• Carry out tasks of medium to high complexity.

• Engage in troubleshooting processes (problem analysis, log analysis);

• Debug code;

• Evaluate PRs;

• Fix bugs;

• Conduct Unit Testing;

• Participate in ceremonies: daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and planning.

• Address Technical Debt;

• Assist in removing obstacles;

• Guide junior colleagues;

• Implement technical standards: Use of AI; Types of tests; Branch segmentation;

• Monitor the ecosystem architecture; Suggest improvements;

• Support peers in understanding business rules;

• Conduct pair code reviews to absorb techniques;

• Contribute to Technical Solution documentation; Impact; Risks and dependencies; Contributor to ADR (Architecture Decision Records); Maintain API documentation; Maintain Readme documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven knowledge in: Programming logic concepts, software analysis and development, Computer Science (educational background, courses, specializations covering the themes below).

• Familiarity with:

• TypeScript, ES6+, CSS-in-JS (Styled Components, Tailwind) and semantic HTML.

• React;

• AngularJs for Frontend

• OR

• Java;

• Kotlin for Backend and Architecture, understanding the lifecycle, frameworks, libraries, and daily application.

• Assertive Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to align expectations with various peers;

• Product Vision: Understanding business requirements to solve proposed problems and execute solutions;

• Organization: Ability to prioritize daily tasks and maintain a logical approach when tackling medium complexity challenges;

• Systemic Thinking: Ability to understand how services interact to avoid architectural bottlenecks in implementations;

• Initiative and Proactivity: In the creation phase of processes, this person must contribute to identifying technical debt, improvements, and suggestions.
