📋 Description

• Design and development of global Web and Mobile solutions for digital channels;

• Continuous evolution and improvement of our solutions in terms of software quality, processes, performance, and new features;

• Conducting technical refinement of new initiatives, assessing feasibility, and supporting the product team in designing solutions;

• Promote and maintain easily readable code by applying best software quality practices such as *clean code* and *clean architecture*;

• Provide technical support and mentorship to the team, assisting developers in solution design, architectural pattern selection, and complex problem resolution;

• Conduct *code reviews*, ensuring we maintain high-quality standards with an excellent level of excellence;

• Support our solutions by directly interfacing with users, developers, and other technology and business teams within the Grupo Boticário;

• Document architecture and technical decisions whenever necessary;

• Ensure team alignment with the software architecture directives and information security policies of the Group;

• Ensure the technical health of applications by monitoring APM, API error rates, latency, and database health;

• Design and evolve the architecture of distributed systems, ensuring high availability, resilience, and low latency under high request loads;

• Coordinate and structure strategies for progressive releases of new functionalities using *Feature Flags* and *Remote Config* tools (ConfigCat, Firebase, etc.).

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Tech Lead or in technical leadership roles within software development teams;

• Strong experience with Back End languages (Node.js), Frontend Web and Mobile (React / Flutter);

• Deep knowledge of Microservices architecture and REST APIs;

• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript;

• Mastery of *Design Patterns* and software architecture;

• Practical experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.);

• Experience with Mobile CI/CD using Bitrise: Configuring, creating, maintaining, and optimizing *build*, testing, and automated distribution workflows for Android and iOS;

• Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end);

• Experience with application monitoring and observability (APM, Logs, Tracing);

• Experience with NoSQL databases (like MongoDB) and relational databases (like PostgreSQL);

• Practical experience with Serverless solutions (AWS Lambda);

• A critical and analytical perspective on performance, scalability, resilience, and information security;

• Familiarity with mobile security best practices (secure storage, code obfuscation, encryption);

• Knowledge of software internationalization strategies (i18n, multiple time zones and currencies);

• Experience in agile teams and ability to work in a multifunctional, multi-language, and collaborative environment autonomously;

• Knowledge of messaging/queue systems (RabbitMQ, SQS, Kafka or similar) and caching mechanisms (Redis);

• Proficiency in *Design System*, global application state management, and/or *Micro Frontends*;

• Familiarity with Git workflows (*Gitflow, GitHub Flow, GitLab Flow*);

• Knowledge of the Firebase ecosystem and *Feature Flags* tools: Configure, implement, and analyze Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring, ConfigCat or Firebase Remote Config (for audience segmentation and dynamic updates), Cloud Messaging (Push Notifications), and Analytics.
