This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Focused on support operations (BAU), ensuring the continuity and efficiency of production systems;

• Ensure the availability, stability, and performance of applications;

• Engage in the analysis, investigation, and resolution of incidents in a production environment;

• Conduct technical analyses and troubleshoot problems;

• Support integrations, batches, pipelines, and operational processes;

• Participate in corrective and evolutionary maintenance of systems;

• Collaborate with business areas and partner teams to align demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in supporting production systems (critical environment);

• Strong expertise in .NET / C# (development and support);

• Knowledge of ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC, and DevExpress;

• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or Sybase);

• Background in incident analysis and technical troubleshooting;

• Fluent in English (constant interaction with global teams).
