This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze, design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure integration and continuous delivery of projects within established deadlines.

• Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, review, etc.), ensuring alignment between project objectives and business goals.

• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues, ensuring stability and optimal performance of applications.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and deployment processes.

• Utilize code assistants to expedite the development of features.

• Create efficient prompts for code generation, refactoring, and documentation.

• Critically validate AI suggestions prior to approval.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: minimum of 8 years of proven work in IT.

• DevOps/Automation: at least 3 years of experience with automation in DevOps, including CI and CD.

• Control tools: experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.

• Languages and technologies: advanced knowledge and experience in: C# (.NET Framework and .NET Core), ASP.NET, PL/SQL, WebServices, and APIs, Service Bus Azure, APIM, Oracle database.

• Agile methodologies: practical experience in Scrum and Kanban.

• Insurance/financial sector: previous experience in insurance or financial institutions.

• Cloud: experience with cloud technologies (preferably Azure).
