This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and maintain innovative solutions;

• Participate in system architecture;

• Write and maintain high-quality code, ensuring scalability, security, and performance;

• Troubleshoot complex issues and conduct code reviews;

• Stay updated with technological trends and recommend the adoption of new technologies and best practices;

• Develop and maintain systems using Java, Spring Boot, JSP, Docker, and React JS;

• Engage in code refactoring and SQL query optimization;

• Actively participate in the Code Review process to uphold team coding standards;

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines;

• Create tests and testing pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in developing high-complexity systems;

• Proficiency in Java and JavaScript development;

• Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, etc.);

• In-depth understanding of programming languages;

• Experience in system design and architecture;

• Problem-solving and debugging skills;

• Excellent communication abilities;

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);

• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback;

• Proactive in identifying issues and suggesting improvements;

• Capability to strategically evaluate and adopt new technologies.
