Desenvolvedor Backend – Pleno

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance end-to-end features (from refinement to production delivery);

• Collaborate with Product/Design teams to understand requirements and propose viable technical solutions;

• Write code with a focus on quality, readability, testing, and maintainability;

• Engage in code reviews (both giving and receiving feedback) and contribute to the team's coding standards;

• Assist in improving code architecture, performing refactoring, and reducing technical debt;

• Create and maintain APIs, integrations, and reusable components (according to your technology stack);

• Help monitor and support production systems (observability, bug fixing, continuous improvements);

• Contribute to building a strong, collaborative software engineering culture focused on results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience as a software developer/engineer at a mid-level;

• Solid foundation in software engineering: data structures, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best practices (Clean Code, SOLID);

• Consistent knowledge in ONE or more of the following programming languages/frameworks: Java, C#, or Python;

• Experience with Git, code review processes, and collaborative work;

• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases, and writing high-performance queries;

• Experience with REST APIs and service integrations;

• Background in teams using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, seeking help when necessary.
