Desenvolvedor Back-End .NET, SQL – Sênior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• The developer will be engaged in the development and enhancement of back-end systems with a focus on **.NET and SQL Server**, actively participating in the creation of robust, high-performance solutions aligned with business needs.

• Their role will primarily center on the **technical execution of more complex demands**, with significant involvement in the maintenance and evolution of existing systems, including scenarios with high utilization of business rules in databases, as well as participating in the refinement and technical definition of demands alongside the team.

• Our projects and environments heavily utilize **.NET and SQL Server**, including the use of procedures and business rules in the database, evolving towards more decoupled architectures.

• We expect this individual to:

• - Engage in the development and maintenance of **APIs and services in .NET**;

• - Work with **SQL Server at an advanced level**, including:

• - analysis and optimization of queries;

• - maintenance of stored procedures;

• - understanding of business rules in the database;

• - participate in the migration of rules into .NET;

• - Develop and enhance integrations with internal and external systems;

• - Address bugs and analyze issues in production, focusing on stability and performance;

• - Contribute to the evolution of legacy systems, suggesting improvements when necessary;

• - Ensure delivery quality through clean, organized, and maintainable code;

• - Collaborate with the team in code reviews and technical discussions;

• - Participate in **technical refinements**, contributing to:

• - requirement analysis;

• - risk and dependency identification;

• - defining development estimates for tasks alongside the team;

• - determining the technical approach for implementation in collaboration with the business team and specialists;

• - Support the team in building solutions during refinements, contributing not only to their own deliverables but also to the team's broader demands;

• - Assist in implementing technical improvements aligned with architectural evolution;

• - Work closely with the technical expert, adhering to defined standards and contributing to their evolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in fields related to information technology;

• Solid experience in web systems development, APIs, and integrations with **.NET (C#)**;

• Experience with **REST API** development and best practices;

• Advanced knowledge of **SQL Server**:

• - writing and optimizing complex queries;

• - maintaining stored procedures;

• - performance analysis in databases;

• Experience with maintaining **legacy systems**;

• Experience in analyzing and resolving **production issues**;

• Knowledge of development best practices, such as **Clean Code and code organization**;

• Experience with code versioning using **Git**;

• Ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems;

• Knowledge or experience in unit and functional testing;

• Knowledge or experience in **microservices**;

• Knowledge or experience in **messaging** (Kafka or similar);

• Strong technical communication skills and the ability to collaborate and influence the team.
