Desarrollador/a – Producto AI Conversacional, AI-First

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Design and develop core functionalities of the product.

• Define architecture and technical standards in collaboration with the team.

• Build robust and scalable conversational experiences (text/voice).

• Integrate LLMs, agents, and AI-first workflows with a focus on quality and performance.

• Evaluate costs, latency, and scalability in AI environments.

• Participate in product decisions alongside the PO.

• Elevate the technical proficiency of the team through sound judgment and best practices.

• Continuously propose improvements in architecture, user experience, and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing systems in production.

• Ability to think architecturally, not just in terms of features.

• High level of autonomy; does not require constant supervision.

• Product mindset with an understanding of business impact.

• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations without getting stuck.

• Strong teamwork skills, especially during technical definition discussions.

• Clear and direct communication.

• Solid technical judgment.

• Experience building products from the ground up or in early-stage phases (preferred).

• Experience integrating LLM APIs in production (preferred).

• Experience evaluating performance, costs, and scalability in AWS (preferred).

• Fluent in English (preferred).

• Mid-level experience required.
