Desarrollador PHP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Development and maintenance of backend applications using PHP 8.x and Symfony 6/7

• Design of scalable and maintainable architectures

• Code review and mentorship of junior developers

• Active participation in Scrum ceremonies (dailies, refinements, retrospectives)

• Definition and implementation of unit, integration, and functional tests

• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (product, operations, support)

• Technical and functional documentation of developments

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in PHP development

• Proficiency in Symfony (minimum of 3 years)

• Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)

• Knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles

• Experience with testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Behat, or similar)

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum

• Proficient in Git and collaborative workflow (GitFlow or similar)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Exceptional communication skills: proven ability to act as a "translator" between non-technical (financial) and technical (IT) profiles

• Effective stakeholder management at all levels

• Adaptability and resilience in the face of constant changes.
