This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.
• Configuration of incident, change, and requirement management workflows, establishing resolution groups and the workflow structure.
• Implementation and updating of event correlation rules for automatic ticket creation.
• Make adjustments to the Service Now/ITOP CMDB based on operational needs.
• Implement the necessary parameterizations, configurations, and developments to support the Incident and change process, along with its integration into the Automation ecosystem.
• The provider must conduct tests on developments and parameterizations, document them, and deploy them in the production environment upon approval.
• Language/Runtime: PHP 8.1–8.2
• Web: Apache and Nginx; Linux (Rocky/Ubuntu)
• DB: MariaDB 10.x+ (schema design, indexing, query tuning)
• iTop specifics: Data model (XML): classes, attributes, relations, state machines (lifecycle)
• OQL (iTop’s Object Query Language)
• Modules/Extensions packaging (module manifest.xml, dictionaries, setup)
• Triggers/Notifications (actions, email templates, event handlers)
• Portal (iTop portal toolkit/Twig‑like templates), UI forms, wizards
• REST/JSON API (expose/consume)
• Profiles/ACLs & Organizations (multi‑tenant visibility)
• Frontend basics: HTML/CSS/JS (sufficient to adjust forms/portal and validations)
• Tools: Git, Composer, Make (or simple scripts), PHPUnit (or at least PHP unit tests), Docker (optional for development parity)
