This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.
• Develop high-impact mobile applications using Angular and Ionic, ensuring modular, clean code that is free from technical debt.
• Design robust and scalable technical architectures, selecting the most appropriate design patterns for each solution.
• Integrate secure and resilient services and APIs, managing versions and applying effective messaging patterns.
• Implement version control strategies and collaborative workflows to resolve complex code conflicts.
• Configure and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and traceable deployments.
• Optimize both relational and NoSQL database models, ensuring data integrity, performance, and consistency.
• Ensure software quality by executing unit tests, integration tests, and End-to-End (E2E) tests.
• Monitor the status of applications following SRE principles to identify alerts and proactively respond to incidents.
• Education: Professional degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields with a strong foundation in programming.
• Experience: Proven senior experience in mobile application development, distributed architecture design, cloud infrastructure management, and container environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Technical Knowledge: Mobile development with Angular and the Ionic Framework.
• Software design patterns and principles of scalable architecture.
• Design and consumption of secure APIs and messaging patterns.
• Cloud Computing (justification and application of distributed components).
• Git strategies (version control) and conflict resolution.
• Container management (image optimization and orchestration).
• Implementation of automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Modeling and optimization of Relational and NoSQL Databases.
• Testing: Unit, integration, and E2E testing.
• Fundamentals of SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) and monitoring.
• Information security (management of secrets, PCI-DSS or GDPR principles).
