Desarrollador Back End – Golang, TDD, Microservicios, Docker, Kubernetes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Engage comprehensively in the entire development lifecycle: analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production monitoring.

• Design and develop RESTful APIs focused on microservices, documented using Swagger / OpenAPI.

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, robust, and maintainable technical solutions.

• Build reliable, high-performance applications, optimizing for latency, availability, and resilience.

• Actively contribute to architecture design, defining patterns and best practices.

• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve incidents in production environments.

• Work with Docker containers and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes.

• Integrate into CI/CD pipelines ensuring continuous software quality.

• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Consistently apply TDD, Clean Code, and SOLID principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in backend development.

• More than 3 years of experience developing microservices in production environments.

• At least 2 years of production experience with Golang.

• Strong experience in system design and architecture.

• Proven experience in TDD (unit and integration testing).

• Practical knowledge and experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins).

• Proficient in Linux / Unix-like environments.

• Experience with Redis.

• Knowledge of Kafka and/or RabbitMQ.
