This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop, publish, and manage APIs within APIM to expose the capabilities of other Azure services.

• Configure policies in APIM.

• Manage API versions, revisions, and products.

• Control access through subscriptions, roles, and security with Entra ID (Azure AD).

• Connect generative AI capabilities through APIs exposed via APIM.

• Document usage patterns and service limitations.

• Design workflows that consume APIs exposed in APIM.

• Orchestrate integrations between APIM and services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Service, Storage, Service Bus, Event Grid.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required experience and seniority level: 2 to 4 years.

• Specific Azure services to be handled: Integration via Azure API Management, creating, publishing, and managing APIs within APIM, configuring policies, managing versions, reviewing, and products of APIs.

• Control access through subscriptions, roles, and security with Entra ID (Azure AD).

• Integration with Power Automate, creating and configuring custom connectors based on OpenAPI from APIM, ensuring authentication compatibility between Power Automate and APIM, designing workflows that consume APIs exposed in APIM.

• Integration with Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry, connecting generative AI capabilities through APIs exposed via APIM, configuring endpoints, parameters, and policies to optimize performance and security when consuming LLMs.

• Document usage patterns and service limits.

• Integration with Azure Components: orchestrate integrations between APIM and services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Service, Storage, Service Bus, Event Grid. Design workflows with security and private networking (VNET, Private Endpoints).

• Required programming languages: API development (focused on integrations), RESTful API design, lightweight service implementation, API security.

• Experience in architecture, integrations, or microservices: 2 years.

• Additional key knowledge for the project: experience in Java or Python as programming languages.
