This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI agent solutions on AWS, encompassing architecture, model selection, and agent and workflow design.

• Develop and integrate agents using tools, prompts, memory, and logic, connecting them with corporate systems, APIs, and business workflows.

• Ensure the security, scalability, efficiency, and quality of solutions by applying operational practices and governance.

• Participate in and lead workshops, discovery sessions, and use case definitions, translating business needs into feasible technical solutions.

• Lead or coordinate technical teams, serving as a technical reference and ensuring excellence in delivery.

• Support clients throughout the entire project cycle, driving the adoption and continuous improvement of AI solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI agents for automation, assistants, and decision-making, including multi-agent architectures and complex conversational flows, with an end-to-end perspective on generative AI solutions.

• Proven experience in designing secure, scalable, and cost-effective AWS architectures (Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and OpenSearch).

• Expertise in orchestrating agents: defining tools and actions, managing prompts, context, memory, reasoning, and integrating with business workflows and legacy systems.

• Knowledge in security design, access control, and identity management (IAM).

• Experience in client interaction, facilitating workshops, defining use cases, and translating business needs into technical solutions.

• Proven experience leading technical teams or AI squads.

• High proficiency in English.
