This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Introduce new products and establish strategies for managing business relationships.

• Comprehend formulary access and advocate for products within designated accounts.

• Propel sales initiatives and cultivate relationships with assigned customers, Therapeutic Area Specialists, and Key Opinion Leaders.

• Recognize and apply effective virtual and in-person customer engagement strategies.

• Formulate and implement business and territory call plans, adjusting them based on insights and opportunities.

• Foster customer rapport and relationships in both virtual and face-to-face settings.

• Oversee call objectives, next steps, documentation, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Utilize digital engagement tools and analytics to glean insights and create next-best-action plans.

• Convey compliant, targeted product messaging to stimulate product demand and prescribing behavior.

• Supply insights for newly approved product messaging and resources.

• Inform providers about branded and unbranded product value propositions along with pertinent disease-state information.

• Organize customer engagements with healthcare professionals and office staff in both virtual and in-person formats.

• Deploy approved Pfizer resources, such as samples, vouchers, co-pay resources, and patient education materials.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Strategy, Customer-Facing colleagues, and Pfizer Connect team members.

• Assist in patient access by offering information regarding reimbursement, PAP, Pfizer hub programs, and co-pay resources.

• Present approved terms of sale or contract conditions and address on-label inquiries.

• Introduce customers to Pfizer’s future on-demand portal, Galaxy.

• Travel to accounts and office locations within the territory and stay overnight as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with at least 8 years of experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/promotional/sales roles.

• Background in a promoted position and/or developmental role demonstrating leadership across peer groups.

• Experience in specialized markets utilizing third-party reimbursement and service centers.

• Proven track record of success in marketing, promotional, or sales endeavors.

• Strong skills in territory management.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Capable of teamwork, exhibiting leadership, and maintaining accountability.

• Must reside within 50 miles of the territory.

• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards.

• No DUI/DWI or other impaired-driving citations in the last 7 years.

• Willingness to travel to all accounts and office locations within the designated territory.

• Availability for overnight stays as necessary, depending on territory size and business requirements.

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. by any employer.

• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.

• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not currently available and will not be in the future.

• Preferred: 3–5 years of experience in specialty marketing/promotional/sales.

• Strong understanding of disease states, therapeutic areas, and products.

• In-depth knowledge of applicable customers and markets.

• Skills in strategic account marketing, promotional activities, sales, and management.

• Proficient in data analytics, project management, planning, and prioritization.

• Ability to engage, influence, and assist customers throughout the marketing, promotional, and sales process.

• Willingness to learn and adopt new working methods in a rapidly changing environment.

• Capability to work in a matrix environment and utilize multiple resources effectively.
