DER Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the internal business development team to identify new business opportunities for the DER Analytics Platform.

• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely and accurate quotes are finalized and distributed to customers, accompanied by appropriate documentation.

• Create and maintain necessary documentation to support both internal and external billing processes, working in conjunction with Finance and Operations teams.

• Oversee the status of ongoing platform subscriptions, including renewals and upgrades.

• Manage project trackers and shared documentation repositories, ensuring all stakeholders are updated on significant milestones and deliverables.

• Hold regular meetings with the DER team and other key stakeholders to assess the progress of projects in development, construction, and operation.

• Acquire hardware, instrumentation, and software, which includes generating purchase requisitions, placing orders, and tracking shipments.

• Develop and maintain process documentation, playbooks, and training materials to ensure consistent delivery of operational services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in administrative management, ideally in support of technical or energy-related projects.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in enterprise and departmental software systems such as D365 and SmartSheets, along with strong skills in MS Excel.

• Familiarity with AI or automation tools aimed at enhancing efficiency is a plus.

• Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail, along with the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and establish strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
