This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
β’ Take charge of complete customer engagements β from initial discovery through investigation, solution design, deployment, enablement, and ongoing value delivery.
β’ Perform blockchain investigations utilizing the Chainalysis platform, employing tracing, OSINT, and analytical techniques to address actual customer challenges.
β’ Collaborate directly with clients to comprehend their investigative, intelligence, compliance, or operational goals and convert them into actionable results.
β’ Create, develop, and sustain custom workflows, notebooks, dashboards, queries, and data models utilizing Chainalysis data and products.
β’ Empower customers to manage solutions independently β enhancing their capabilities so that Chainalysis becomes integrated into their operational framework.
β’ Serve as the main technical and domain advisor for your clients, fostering trusted relationships through hands-on expertise and credibility.
β’ Assist in pre-sales technical engagement for intricate and strategic deals β guiding customers in understanding possibilities and pathways to achieve them.
β’ Work closely with Product, Engineering, Global Intel, and Sales to shape the product roadmap and enhance offerings based on insights from the field.
β’ Cultivate and disseminate domain knowledge, investigative techniques, and best practices that elevate the capabilities of the broader GS team.
β’ Experience conducting or directly supporting cryptocurrency investigations, blockchain intelligence tasks, or financial crime analysis in an operational setting.
β’ Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems (BTC, ETH, stablecoins, DeFi) and the application of on-chain data in investigations, compliance, or intelligence workflows.
β’ Provided customer-facing technical solutions β including investigative outputs, data products, or analytical workflows β in challenging, real-world environments.
β’ Worked directly with clients in law enforcement, national security, intelligence, compliance, financial crime, or security-related fields.
β’ Extracted insights from large or complex datasets and communicated findings to diverse audiences β ranging from analysts to executives.
β’ Successfully navigated fast-paced, ambiguous environments that required ownership, adaptability, and sound judgment.
β’ Proficient in Python and SQL for data analysis, transformation, and solution development.
β’ Experience in creating notebooks, dashboards, and analytical workflows.
β’ Strong understanding of data modeling, querying, and working with extensive datasets.
β’ Ability to rapidly acquire in-depth knowledge of Chainalysis data structures, schemas, and products.
β’ Substantial knowledge in at least one area: financial and cyber crime investigations, sanctions and compliance, fraud, national security, DeFi/protocol security, tax, or private sector risk.
β’ Awareness of how customers in your field operate β including their workflows, regulatory landscape, and what success entails for them.
β’ Proven capability to establish trusted, long-term client relationships through technical and domain credibility.
β’ Excellent communication skills β able to articulate complex investigative and data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Comfortable leading customer sessions, workshops, training, and technical working groups.
β’ Experience in empowering and upskilling customer teams β not merely delivering outputs but enhancing customer capability.
β’ Support multiple customers simultaneously while ensuring quality and responsiveness.
β’ Advance your domain expertise through ongoing learning, case work, and engagement with the wider investigations and intelligence community.
β’ Provide live training, demonstrations, investigative walkthroughs, and technical briefings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
