Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage with strategic clients to comprehend their AI transformation objectives and pinpoint challenges in customer-facing and operational workflows.

• Take ownership of flagship deals from start to finish, encompassing use-case identification, structuring of commercial terms, and closing the deal.

• Integrate within strategic customer organizations, serving as a trusted partner and taking responsibility for delivery outcomes.

• Recognize high-impact use cases and work in collaboration with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring them to fruition.

• Advise customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents, covering aspects such as agent design, orchestration, and readiness for production.

• Define applications in new industries and broaden AI solutions across various sectors on a global scale.

• Present project outcomes and proposals for future work to technical teams and C-suite executives.

• Collaborate with Research teams to incorporate field insights into the platform, models, and roadmap.

• Create and present demonstrations of ElevenAgents and broader AI technologies.

• Work in partnership with customer engineering and executive teams to transition agents into production and achieve measurable business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, with a preference for direct enterprise customer interaction.

• Background in product development, delivery, and change management.

• Proficiency in engaging in deal discussions, structuring value propositions, and navigating through enterprise sales cycles.

• Basic knowledge of Python.

• Understanding of API integration.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex, ambiguous projects and achieving results.

• Ability to adapt across various customer environments, industries, and technical use cases.

• Technical acumen and familiarity with common LLM, tooling, and AI agent frameworks.

• Capacity to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems.
