This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Take full responsibility for the comprehensive deployment of Teton devices at customer sites in the UK.

• Strategically plan and manage larger multi-site rollouts, coordinating timelines with internal teams, clients, and external installers.

• Collaborate with site maintenance, installation teams, and customer IT departments to schedule and carry out installations.

• Set up, connect, and validate compute boxes and associated sensors within customer networks.

• Track device uptime across deployments, troubleshoot issues, and drive towards effective resolutions.

• Ensure a smooth transition of operational deployments to ongoing IT support, complete with proper documentation.

• Must be based in the UK.

• Practical experience in deploying hardware or IoT solutions in customer settings, including cabling for compute and sensor installations.

• A solid grasp of IT networking principles and the ability to work collaboratively with customer IT teams.

• Project management expertise to effectively plan multi-site implementations and align the efforts of installers, clients, and internal teams.

• A customer-centric approach.

• Proficiency with Linux and basic command-line troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent coordination and communication abilities, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in managing third-party installation contractors.

• Willingness to travel frequently throughout the UK.

• Experience in healthcare, senior care, or regulated environments is a plus.
