This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Provide outstanding deployment assistance and enhance the customer journey.

• Oversee onsite hardware and software evaluations to guarantee peak cobot functionality.

• Diagnose, document, and resolve issues to improve system reliability and user satisfaction.

• Execute parts replacements and robot retrofits to uphold high operational standards.

• Cultivate and sustain robust customer relationships built on trust, dependability, and shared success.

• Prepare locations for deployment through readiness evaluations, checklists, and testing protocols.

• Develop clear operational and technical documentation to establish a foundation for excellence.

• Collaborate with the Program Manager to ensure ongoing communication and project advancement.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or Supply Chain Management.

• A customer-centric approach with a proven track record of fostering positive relationships.

• Expertise in Linux, Python, and Git or similar version control systems.

• Practical experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

• A data-driven mindset, with capabilities in data visualization or presentation.

• Prior experience in deploying and integrating systems within logistics, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors.

• Highly driven team player with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic start-up environment as part of a small team.

• Willingness to travel (90-100%) for onsite deployments.
