Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leading intricate deployments, migrations, and strategic initiatives for customers in the domain of API Management, Infrastructure, GitOps, and beyond.

• Designing sophisticated, scalable implementation architectures while addressing tactical technical challenges.

• Collaborating directly with customer engineering teams to develop their lower and production environments.

• Delivering Professional Services engagements and offering support to strategic accounts.

• Identifying risks, eliminating obstacles, and ensuring successful delivery outcomes.

• Working in tandem with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.

• Providing valuable customer insights to enhance product and platform improvements.

• Delving deep into product and code to identify root causes, devise solutions, and, when necessary, create pull requests to assist the customer.

• Strong engineering foundation in APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native platforms.

• Proven experience in delivering complex technical projects within customer environments.

• Ability to work independently in unfamiliar or high-pressure settings.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to articulate technical trade-offs clearly.

• Pragmatic problem solver focused on quality, scalability, and customer outcomes.

• Willingness to travel and adapt flexibly to meet customer needs.

• Residency in Western Europe or the Americas.
