This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
β’ Collaborate in the design and development of production AI agents alongside customer engineering teams.
β’ Lead the technical success in pre-sales by crafting proof of concepts (POCs), addressing complex technical inquiries, and guiding evaluations.
β’ Assist customers in deploying and managing agent-based applications, including conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows.
β’ Provide post-sale architectural advice, best practices, and support for roadmap-level decisions.
β’ Conduct technical demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops tailored for developer audiences.
β’ Gather feedback from the field and contribute reusable patterns, cookbooks, and example code that can be scaled across various customers.
β’ Occasionally contribute code upstream when it significantly enhances customer outcomes.
β’ A minimum of 3 years in a relevant technical position (such as software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, or product engineering), preferably within a startup or scale-up environment.
β’ Proficient in Python, JavaScript, and foundational systems knowledge.
β’ Experience in designing agent-based or LLM-powered applications that extend beyond basic API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure management.
β’ Comfortable engaging directly with customers during POCs, architectural assessments, and technical evaluations.
β’ Ability to clearly articulate technical trade-offs and foster trust with developer audiences.
β’ Willingness to take ownership of outcomes rather than merely providing recommendations.
β’ A proactive approach with a passion for solving problems as they arise.
β’ Enthusiastic about the operational aspects of AI agents in production, rather than focusing solely on creating demos.
β’ Experience deploying AI agents in production, particularly with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks (preferred).
β’ Familiarity with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails (preferred).
β’ Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and fundamental Kubernetes concepts (preferred).
β’ Proven track record of shipping and managing production software while being comfortable with real-world constraints (preferred).
