Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of all technical facets of the customer lifecycle—from deployment to activation, ensuring our customers achieve success with Devin.

• Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their technical challenges and pinpoint optimal use cases for Devin to enhance productivity.

• Cultivate strong relationships with our customers’ engineering teams to facilitate seamless product integration and adoption, empowering key users and boosting product utilization.

• Build! Always be attentive to customer feedback, prioritize implementing requested features yourself, and advocate for the customers’ needs within the team.

• Be the customer oracle! Leverage your product instincts to assist in shaping the roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in a STEM field.

• A proven history of successful enterprise deployments in prior GTM or forward-deployed engineering positions.

• A natural ability to build relationships, excellent communication skills, and comfort discussing intricate technical topics with customers at all levels and roles.

• Ability to thrive in uncertain and fast-paced environments — you are ready to act swiftly and expand in scope and responsibility.

• Demonstrated exceptional capacity for learning.
