Dental Verification Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Collect patient insurance details

• Reach out to insurance providers to confirm coverage and ensure necessary procedures are included

• Accurately input patient benefit information and verify the correctness of existing data

• Document notes regarding upcoming appointments

• Collaborate with offices and Call Center Representatives to communicate any changes in patients’ insurance

• Conduct monthly eligibility follow-ups until surgery is completed

• A minimum of 3 years of Dental PPO verification experience (Required)

• Must possess excellent multitasking abilities

• Quick learner with a strong desire for personal and professional development

• Highly organized and analytical with a keen attention to detail

• Strong skills in time management, solution orientation, self-motivation, critical thinking, and prioritization

• Coachable and open to new concepts, eager for growth

• Excellent communication skills with a knack for problem-solving

• Exceptional customer service capabilities, professionalism, and maturity

• Proficient in Microsoft applications and capable of utilizing spreadsheets

• 3 years of experience in the dental field and familiarity with dental terminology

• Previous experience in insurance is preferred
