Dental Medicaid Verification Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Gather patient insurance details

• Liaise with insurance providers to confirm coverage and ensure all necessary procedures are included

• Accurately input patient benefit information and verify that existing details are correct

• Document notes regarding upcoming appointments

• Collaborate with offices and Call Center Representatives to communicate any changes in patients’ insurance

• Conduct monthly eligibility follow-ups until the surgery is completed

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in dental Medicaid verification is essential

• Familiarity with Texas Medicaid/MCO verification

• Knowledge of Arizona Medicaid/MCO verification

• Experience with Utah Medicaid/MCO verification

• Minimum of 2 years in the dental field

• Prior insurance experience is preferred
