Dental Hygienist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with managers to evaluate needs and create recruitment strategies.

• Initiate job requisitions and publish job openings.

• Utilize recruiting and sourcing tools, methods, and social media platforms to find licensed Hygienists.

• Evaluate and qualify candidates, recommending suitable applicants for interviews.

• Partner with the Academic team to engage with colleges, universities, and Hygiene programs for recruitment.

• Participate in job fairs as necessary.

• Oversee the candidate selection and interview process.

• Handle negotiation, closing, and onboarding aspects of candidate and new hire relationships.

• Travel occasionally for team meetings and academic/networking events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within a strategic, fast-paced environment.

• Experience in healthcare is advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills are essential.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Proficient in recruiting systems and Excel.

• Preferred candidates should reside in Central or Eastern Standard Time.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings and academic/networking events.
