Dental Field Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate engaging, hands-on training sessions to assist dentists and their teams in embracing intraoral scanning and digital workflows.

• Provide coaching to teams through live observation, reinforcing best practices and adapting strategies in real-time to align with the practice's objectives and level of experience.

• Take responsibility for each practice's achievements by promoting early case submissions, eliminating obstacles, emphasizing clinical urgency, and fostering confidence during and right after training.

• Collaborate with clinicians and practice leaders to strengthen scanning habits and encourage early adoption.

• Track outcomes within the first 30 days and identify targeted coaching opportunities to expedite success.

• Convey field insights to enhance scalable resources, refine onboarding processes, and improve future training sessions.

• Evaluate readiness across clinical workflows, team structures, and equipment to proactively identify any blockers or risks.

• Work with internal teams to ensure that the necessary resources, messaging, and tools are prepared ahead of the training day.

• Tailor training strategies based on the size, complexity, and clinical objectives of each practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in providing clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology, with a strong understanding of intraoral scanning and digital workflows.

• Proven ability to gain the trust of clinicians and staff by linking clinical value to tangible outcomes.

• Willingness and enthusiasm to travel up to 80% for in-practice training and support.

• Must reside near a major airport or transport hub.

• Comfortable collaborating with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff across various roles to influence behaviors and foster adoption.

• Ability to work independently in the field, adapting plans in real-time according to the practice's dynamics and requirements.

• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with the capability to modify tone and approach based on the audience, whether engaging with hygienists or C-suite executives.

• A strong passion for aiding practices in achieving success, with a solutions-oriented mindset towards onboarding, training, and adoption.
