This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Reach out to inactive patients through cold calls for reactivation.
• Engage new leads and motivate them to schedule appointments.
• Follow up with patients to ensure appointment confirmations.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups and collections.
• Communicate with patients about outstanding balances and payments.
• Conduct insurance verifications and follow up on claims.
• Arrange and coordinate patient appointments.
• Keep precise patient notes and updates in the system.
• Deliver professional and friendly communication with patients.
• Operate with the video/camera on during shifts as required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental practice.
• Proven outbound/cold calling and patient reactivation skills, with at least 1 year of experience.
• Excellent English communication abilities with clear pronunciation and a neutral/low accent (essential for patient interactions).
• Preferred experience in AR collections, patient billing, or follow-up collections.
• Experience in insurance verification is an advantage.
• Professional and confident telephone demeanor.
• Strong customer service skills and experience interacting with patients.
• Comfortable managing high-volume outbound calls (collections, reactivation, and lead engagement).
• Proactive and responsive in communication.
• Willingness to engage in daily check-ins and supervision.
• Reliable attendance and consistency.
• Tools & Systems Used:
• Oryx Dental (primary system).
• Mango (phone system).
• MS Teams (communication platform).
• Basic Requirements:
• Clear and professional written and spoken English.
• Relevant work experience.
• Ability to provide NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance (mandatory prior to onboarding).
• Availability to work with video/camera on throughout the entire shift.
