Demand Planning Analyst III – B2C

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in S&OP processes, ensuring effective governance and analyses that drive business results.

• Predict Sell-In and Sell-Out volumes by category, SKU, channel, and cycle through quantitative analyses, historical data, qualitative insights, and the brand’s strategic and tactical initiatives.

• Aggregate data and convert it into actionable insights for essential, data-driven analysis.

• Track departmental KPIs affecting the business and suggest process enhancements through quantitative analyses.

• Perform post-cycling analyses of the brands under your oversight at the conclusion of each cycle.

• Aid in the development of the demand planning process by aligning assumptions with colleagues from other departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree.

• Prior experience in Demand Planning is essential.

• Proficiency in complex data analyses and handling high SKU volumes.

• Familiarity with Power Query, Power Pivot, and Google tools.

• Experience in data extraction, querying, and structuring in databases (SQL/GCP) is advantageous.

• Background in creating and automating dashboards (Google Sheets/Tableau/Looker Studio) is a plus.
