This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide precise demand forecasts for the North American markets to guarantee optimal product availability and effective supply chain operations.
• Balance customer service standards, inventory levels, and business goals in the dynamic CPG environment at Oatly.
• Examine market trends and contribute essential inputs for the market commercial review as part of the monthly integrated business planning cycle.
• Ensure effective coordination between market and central supply chain functions.
• Create and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts utilizing statistical models and market insights.
• Assess historical sales data, market trends, and promotional strategies to enhance forecast precision.
• Conduct monthly consensus meetings to synchronize commercial inputs such as promotional and seasonal factors, as well as new listings and product launches.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to integrate business insights into demand forecasting.
• Facilitate the monthly demand review meetings as part of the market commercial review in the company’s S&OP/IBP process.
• Work closely with central logistics, planning, and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain operations for the markets.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the management team as a vital stakeholder in the local commercial review.
• Leverage and enhance advanced analytics (Anaplan/BI) to improve planning accuracy and support decision-making.
• Monitor and improve market-specific KPIs and reports, including sales forecast accuracy/bias and overall supply and delivery performance.
• Ensure data integrity and maintain master data for forecasting systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, specifically with Anaplan or other advanced planning solutions.
