Demand Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You are responsible for creating the monthly 12-month rolling forecast utilizing market data, promotions, and historical trends.

• You take charge of the Demand Review process and ensure that all relevant documentation is prepared in an organized manner.

• You regularly collaborate with the Commercial team to integrate campaign insights and forecast inputs.

• You play a key role in implementing our demand planning tool and contribute actively to enhancing the system's logic.

• You conduct scenario analyses to clarify various planning assumptions and ensure they are decision-ready.

• You monitor critical KPIs such as MAPE and Bias, providing actionable recommendations based on your findings.

• You generate KPI reports and maintain decision-log entries to create a traceable history of planning activities.

• You actively participate in the weekly S&OE and the monthly S&OP processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

• You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a similar planning environment.

• You have extensive experience with demand planning tools, preferably in conjunction with D2C models and digital platforms.

• You are adept at working with ERP systems; experience with Reybex or similar systems is advantageous.

• You have strong Excel and BI tool skills, allowing you to organize and visualize data effectively.

• You are knowledgeable about S&OP and S&OE processes and excel at collaborating within cross-functional teams.

• You are familiar with key forecast KPIs such as MAPE and Bias, and you can interpret them rigorously.

• You are fluent in both German and English (minimum C1), in written and spoken forms.
